About the role
Glovo is looking for a Sales Executive to join its brand partnership team in Chișinău. You will be the main point of contact for local stores, driving onboarding and early performance while contributing to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and update the sales pipeline on a daily basis.
- Conduct sales negotiations with restaurant partners and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure speed and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance during the first 30 days.
- Achieve sales KPIs and continuously improve productivity.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience, preferably phone‑based.
- Ability to thrive in fast sales cycles with short decision timelines.
- Structured, well‑organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Self‑sufficient and able to start delivering results quickly.
- Resilient to daily rejection in a volume‑driven environment.
- Goal‑oriented and comfortable exceeding targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and adherence to a defined sales playbook.
