Anti-Corruption Analyst (Short‑Term)

About the role

The Anti‑Corruption Analyst will provide substantive and analytical leadership for UNDP’s REDACT component in Moldova, supporting the monitoring of the National Integrity and Anti‑Corruption Programme and strengthening institutional capacities to identify and mitigate integrity risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of NIAP monitoring, support the cross‑institutional network of integrity and ethics tutors, and enhance institutional analytical capacity.
• Provide substantive support to the National Anti‑Corruption Centre in coordinating, monitoring and evaluating NIAP implementation, including indicator frameworks, data collection and quarterly reporting.
• Develop content for digital monitoring dashboards and prepare data‑driven progress reports and quarterly meetings.
• Guide legislative and regulatory reviews to align with EU, OECD and GRECO standards and contribute to regulatory proposals.
• Support adaptation of national integrity instruments, develop training materials, and engage civil society and the private sector in risk detection.
• Conduct research, analytical reviews, risk assessments and produce technical papers, concept notes and analytical reports.
